The reports of insured values under covered policies by zip code submitted to the State Board of Administration pursuant to s. 215.555 , as created by s. 1, ch. 93-409, Laws of Florida, or similar legislation, are confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07
(1)and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.
