§ 6806. Cease and desist orders.

The Secretary of the Department shall have the power to issue a cease and desist order to any person violating this chapter or rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto. Any such cease and desist order shall expire
(1)after 30 days from the date of its issuance, or
(2)upon withdrawal of said order by the Secretary, or
(3)when the order is superseded by injunction, whichever occurs first.
