§ 33492.91

(1)The redevelopment plan for the Mare Island Redevelopment Project Area need not include either of the following:
(A)The information required pursuant to subdivision
(d)of Section 33324 relative to the contents of the preliminary plan.
(B)The finding required pursuant to paragraph
(4)of subdivision
(d)of Section 33367 relative to the conformity of the redevelopment plan to the community’s general plan.
(2)The redevelopment agency shall not expend any tax increment funds allocated to it from the project area for expenses related to carrying out the project unless and until the City of Vallejo finds that the redevelopment plan conforms to the general plan of the city, including the housing element thereof.
(b)Notwithstanding Section 33328, the report required by that section need only be as complete as the information then available will permit.
(c)Notwithstanding Section 33344.5, the preliminary report required by that section need only be as complete as the information then available will permit and need not contain the information required by subdivision
(c)of Section 33344.5.
(d)The report submitted by the redevelopment agency to the legislative body pursuant to Section 33352, need not contain the items listed in subdivisions (b), (c), (d), (h), (j), (k), ( l ), and
(m)of Section 33352, as modified by subdivision
(b)of this section, and the ordinance adopted by the legislative body pursuant to Section 33367 need not contain the items listed in paragraphs
(4)and
(12)of subdivision
(d)of Section 33367.
