§ 18035.4

Sections 18035, 18035.1, and 18035.2 shall not apply to the sale of manufactured homes or mobilehomes to:
(a)The federal government.
(b)The state.
(c)Any agency or political subdivision of the state.
(d)Any city, county, or city and county.
