A person may appeal to the secretary for a hearing under Section 205.668 of Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations or if aggrieved by any one of the following actions or decisions:
(a)Denial of any registration.
(b)Suspension of any registration.
(c)Revocation of any registration.
