Kefir, reduced-fat kefir, lowfat or light
(lite)kefir, or nonfat, skim, or fat-free kefir, in liquid form, and with or without fruit added, shall be made from market milk and may be labeled as “Certified Raw,” “Certified Pasteurized,” or “Grade A.”
