Section 225 of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act ( 42 U.S.C. 12755 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Paragraphs
(2)through
(4)of subsection
(d)shall not apply to the owner of small-scale housing (as defined in section 215(a)). .
