Section 7511(a) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph
(1)by striking or ; in paragraph
(2)by striking State, local, or Tribal law and inserting Federal, State, local, or Tribal law ; by redesignating paragraph
(2)as paragraph (3); and by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following: section 920 or 920b of title 10 (article 120 and 120b of the Uniform Code of Military Justice); or .
