The Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall prescribe guidance to all agencies (as defined in section 551 of title 5, United States Code) to ensure that all improper payments (as defined in section 3351 of title 31, United States Code) are recovered. Section 3353(a)(1) of title 31, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (B)(iv), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: include in each report submitted under subparagraph
(B)the amount of improper payments recovered by the executive agency in the fiscal year covered by the report. .
