Chapter 21 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in section 402, by striking , including the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court or the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review established by section 103 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( and inserting the following: 50 U.S.C. 1803 ), , the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, ; and by adding at the end the following: For purposes of this chapter— the term court of the United States includes the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court or the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review; and the terms Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review have the meanings given those terms in section 601(e) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1871(e) ). .
