Section 602(a) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1872(a) ) is amended— by striking , to be concluded as soon as practicable, but not later than 180 days after the commencement of such review, ; and by inserting to be concluded as soon as practicable, but not later than 180 days after the issuance of such decision, order, or opinion, before and, consistent with that review .
