Section 732(a) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ( 29 U.S.C. 1191a(a) ) is amended by striking section 711 and inserting sections 711 and 727 . The Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— in section 9831(a), by adding at the end the following flush text: Paragraph

(2)shall not apply to the requirements under sections 9811 and 9827. ; and in section 4980D(d)(1), by striking section 9811 and inserting section 9811 or 9827 .
