Section 751 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 294a ) is amended— in subsection (c)(1)(G), by striking high school and inserting pre-collegiate ; and in subsection (h)(1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking 12 years and inserting 2 award cycles ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking 6 years and inserting 1 award cycle .
