Section 603(a)(1) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1873(a)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (F), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (G), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: the number of certifications by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court pursuant to section 103(j); the number of petitions to certify a question made by an amicus curiae pursuant to section 103(i)(7)(A); the number of hearings or rehearings by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court en banc pursuant to section 103(a)(2), disaggregated by hearings or rehearings by such court en banc pursuant to clause
(i)or
(ii)of such section; and the number of times amici curiae have been appointed pursuant to section 103(i)(2). .
