Section 702(f)(3)(D) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1881a(f)(3)(D) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not less frequently than once each year, the Attorney General shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress an annual report on the number of sensitive queries made in the year covered by the report, disaggregated by the subclause of clause
(ii)under which the queries were approved. .
