(a)and inserting subsection
(b). The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6301 et seq. ) is amended— in section 2201— by striking paragraph (3); by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (3); and in paragraph (2)(B), by inserting and after the semicolon; in section 2241, by striking section 2201(4) and inserting section 2201(3) .
