Section 1708(c) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300u–7(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking adolescents and projects and inserting adolescents, projects ; and by striking among adolescents and all that follows through the period and inserting among adolescents (particularly projects to reduce the incidence of teen dating violence), and projects to increase abuse awareness, education, and prevention. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking $5,000,000 for fiscal year 1993, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1994 through 1997 and inserting $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2031 .
