Section 306 ( 42 U.S.C. 10406 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (2), by striking dependents and inserting children and dependents ; and in paragraph (3), by inserting Indians, members of Indian Tribes, or after who are ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking paragraph
(5)and inserting section 302A ; by striking paragraphs (2), (3), (5), and (6); by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (2); and in paragraph (2), as so redesignated— by striking
(2)and inserting the following: Match .—No Subject to subparagraph (B), no ; by striking Indian tribe and inserting Indian Tribe ; and by adding at the end the following: The Secretary may waive all or part of the matching requirement under this paragraph for any fiscal year for an eligible entity if the Secretary determines that applying the matching requirement would result in serious hardship or an inability to carry out the activities under this section. .
