Section 4d(h) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 6d(h) ) is amended in the first sentence— by inserting or subsection (f)(2) after subsection (a)(2) ; and by inserting or a cleared swap after an option on such a contract . Section 20(c) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 24(c) ) is amended— by inserting and digital commodities after securities ; and by inserting or cleared swaps account after futures account .
