Section 4c(a) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 6c(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (B), by striking or at the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: a contract of sale of a digital commodity. ; and in paragraph (4)— in subparagraph (A)— in clause (ii), by striking or at the end; in clause (iii), by striking the period and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: a contract of sale of a digital commodity. ; in subparagraph (B)— in clause (ii), by striking or at the end; in clause (iii), by striking the period and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: a contract of sale of a digital commodity. ; and in subparagraph (C)— by redesignating clauses

(I)through (III), respectively, and indenting appropriately; in the matter preceding subclause
