Section 513 of the Housing Act of 1949 ( 42 U.S.C. 1483 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: There is authorized to be appropriated $70,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030 to carry out section 515. . It is the sense of Congress that the requirements under subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Davis-Bacon Act ) shall apply with respect to rural housing programs of the Department of Agriculture.
