In addition to amounts otherwise made available, amounts appropriated to any department or agency funded by this or any other Act for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026 are available for and may be transferred to the Bureau of Land Management to perform cadastral surveys necessary for and requested by the giving department or agency: That such transferred amounts shall be available to the Bureau of Land Management until expended: Provided, That, after the Bureau of Land Management officially files the survey record, any remaining unobligated balances shall be credited to the originating account currently available. Provided further,
