Section 2220A(r)(1) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 665g(r)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (D), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: for fiscal year 2026, $300,000,000. .
