Section 2220A(m)(1) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 665g(m)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— in clause (iii), by striking and at the end; and by adding at the end the following: for fiscal year 2026, 60 percent; and ; and in subparagraph (B)— in clause (iii), by striking and at the end; in clause (iv), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: for fiscal year 2026, 70 percent. .
