The Comptroller General of the United States shall— conduct a study on the effectiveness and efficiency of the grants to combat domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and stalking on campuses under section 304 of the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005 ( 34 U.S.C. 20125 ); and submit a report, not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, on the study described in paragraph (1), to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate and the Committee on Education and Workforce of the House of Representatives.
