Section 340H of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 256h ) is amended— in subsection (c)(2)(B), by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the Secretary shall update such per resident amount for each such qualified teaching health center such that such amount for fiscal year 2026 is not less than $170,000, and such amount for fiscal year 2027 and each fiscal year thereafter is not less than the sum of the amount determined for the previous fiscal year plus $10,000. ; and in subsection (g)(1)— in subparagraph (E), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (F), by striking the period and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: $892,500,000 for fiscal year 2026; $1,890,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $2,992,500,000 for fiscal year 2028; $3,150,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; $3,307,500,000 for fiscal year 2030; $3,465,000,000 for fiscal year 2031; $3,622,500,000 for fiscal year 2032; $3,780,000,000 for fiscal year 2033; $3,937,500,000 for fiscal year 2034; and $4,095,000,000 for fiscal year 2035. .
