Section 118(a) of the No Surprises Act ( Public Law 116–260 ) is amended by inserting , and an additional $67,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, to remain available until expended before the period at the end. Section 2922(a) of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ( 42 U.S.C. 3020g(a) ) is amended by striking September 30, 2025 and inserting October 31, 2025 .
