Section 10503(b)(1) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254b–2(b)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (I), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: $373,698,630 for the period beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on October 31, 2025; and . Section 10503(b)(2) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254b–2(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (J), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (K), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $30,897,398 for the period beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on October 31, 2025. .
Section 340H(g)(1) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 256h(g)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (E), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (F), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $17,074,653 for the period beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on October 31, 2025. . Amounts appropriated pursuant to the amendments made by this section shall be subject to the requirements contained in Public Law 118–47 for funds for programs authorized under sections 330 through 340 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254b et seq. ).
Section 3014(h)(4) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking and section 2101(d) of division B of the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025 and inserting section 2101(d) of division B of the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025, and section 2101(d) of the Continuing Appropriations and Extensions and Other Matters Act, 2026 .
