Section 642B of the Head Start Act ( 42 U.S.C. 9837b ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking section 640(a)(2)(B)(vi) and inserting section 640(a)(2)(B)(v) ; in paragraph (2)(A), by striking Indian and inserting Native American ; and in paragraph (4)— in subparagraph (B)(i), by striking limited English proficient children and inserting children who are developing English proficiency ; in subparagraph (C), by inserting , Tribal, after State ; and in subparagraph (D)— by inserting and Bureau-funded schools, after local educational agencies, ; and by striking at both the State and inserting at State, Tribal ; and in subsection (b)(1)(C)(vi), by striking Indian and inserting Native American .
