Not later than 30 days after the President has determined to issue a waiver under section 110(d)(5) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7107(d)(5) ), the Secretary of State shall brief the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives on— each country that received a waiver; the justification for each such waiver; and a description of the efforts made by each country to meet the minimum standards to eliminate human trafficking.
