Sec. 304. Outreach on sustainable offshore aquaculture

The Administrator shall conduct outreach on sustainable offshore aquaculture to promote understanding, science-based decision making, and commercial adoption. In carrying out subsection (a), the Administrator shall use appropriate means to engage— the general public; community leaders; governmental officials; the business community; the academic community; and the nonprofit sector.
