Not later than December 31, 2025, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives a report that assesses the effectiveness of implementation by the Secretary of Homeland Security of this Act and the amendments made by this Act.
