Subparagraph
(A)of section 641(a)(1) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 ( 8 U.S.C. 1372(a)(1) ) is amended to read as follows: have the status, or are applying for the status— of a nonimmigrant under subparagraph (F), (J), or
(M)of section 1101(a)(15) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15) ); or of a nonimmigrant under the immigration laws (as defined in section 101(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) )) and are pursuing or intend to pursue a full course of study at an institution or language training program described in subparagraph
(F)or
(M)of section 101(a)(15) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15) ); and .
