In addition to amounts otherwise available, there are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Secretary to carry out the program authorized under section 662 of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1462 )— for fiscal year 2026, $300,000,000; and for each succeeding fiscal year, the amount appropriated under this section for the preceding fiscal year, increased by the annual adjustment percentage.
