In addition to amounts otherwise available, there are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Secretary to carry out part B of title V of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7341 et seq. )— for fiscal year 2026, $440,000,000; and for each succeeding fiscal year, the amount appropriated under this section for the preceding fiscal year, increased by the annual adjustment percentage.
