Section 105 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 ( 42 U.S.C. 5305 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Indian Tribes receiving grants under section 5306(a)(1) of this title (section 106(a)(1) of this Act) shall be authorized to carry out activities described in subsection (a)(15) directly. .
