Section 4713 of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2753 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)(A), in the first sentence, by inserting prior to entry into Phase 6.3 or Phase 3, as appropriate after Administration ; and in paragraph (2)(A), by inserting prior to entry into Phase 6.3 after project ; and in subsection (c)(2)— by redesignating subparagraphs
(B)and
(C)as subparagraphs
(C)and (D), respectively; and by inserting after subparagraph
(A)the following new subparagraph (B): the results of the review conducted by the Director of Cost Estimating and Program Evaluation are consistent with section 3221(d)(1)(F) of the National Nuclear Security Administration Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2411(d)(1)(F) ). .
