Section 2804(c) of the Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 ( Public Law 118–159 ; 10 U.S.C. 2805 note) is amended by striking February 1, 2026 and inserting August 1, 2026 . Not later than February 20, 2026, the Secretary of the Army shall provide to the congressional defense committees a briefing on the use of the authority under section 2804(c) of the Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 ( Public Law 118–159 ; 10 U.S.C. 2805 note).
