Section 2861 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (division B of Public Law 118–81 ; 10 U.S.C. 2802 note) is amended— in subsection (b)(1), by striking at least and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting at least two military construction projects ; in subsection (d), by striking September 30, 2025 and inserting September 30, 2029 ; in subsection (e), by striking January 1, 2025 and inserting January 1, 2029 ; by redesignating subsections
(f)and
(g)as subsections
(g)and (h), respectively; by inserting after subsection
(e)the following new subsection (f): In carrying out each project under the pilot program commencing on or after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 , the Secretary concerned shall use not fewer than three technologies identified in the report published by the Comptroller General of the United States on February 11, 2025, and entitled Science & Tech Spotlight: Sustainable Building Technologies (GAO–25–107931). ; in subsection (g)(1), as redesignated by paragraph (4), by striking December 31, 2025 and inserting December 31, 2030 ; and in subsection (h), as so redesignated, in the first sentence, by inserting before the period the following: that is identified in the report published by the Comptroller General of the United States on February 11, 2025, and entitled .
