Sec. 2803. Reauthorization and modification of special design-build authority for military construction projects

Section 3241(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph
(3)and inserting the following new paragraph (3): Any contract awarded under this subsection shall be considered to be a construction contract and shall be subject to the same oversight mechanisms to which construction contracts are subject under this title. ; and in paragraph (4), by striking 2008 each place it appears and inserting 2030 .
