(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ; 134 Stat. 3766) is amended— by striking Section 2533c and inserting Section 4872 ; and by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (2)(B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: enter into a contract for any covered material mined, refined, or separated in any covered nation.’ .
