Section 1404(d)(1) of the Defense Dependents’ Education Act of 1978 ( 20 U.S.C. 923(d)(1) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Children of employees of the American Red Cross who— are performing, on a full-time basis, services for the Armed Forces, including emergency services; and reside in an overseas area supported by a school of the defense dependents' education system. .
