Sec. 2805. Implementation of Comptroller General recommendations relating to information sharing to improve oversight of military construction

Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall— implement the recommendations of the Comptroller General of the United States contained in the report published by the Comptroller General in September 2024 and titled Military Construction: Better Information Sharing Would Improve DOD's Oversight (GAO–24–106499); or if the Secretary does not implement any such recommendation, submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report explaining why the Secretary has not implemented those recommendations.
