Section 104 of division I of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 ( 2 U.S.C. 6154 note) shall be amended— in subsection (a)(2), by adding the following after 118th and before Congress : and any subsequent ; in subsection (a)(3), by striking and ending on January 7, 2025 ; and in subsection (b), by striking on or after January 3, 2023 .
