In this Act: The term appropriate congressional committees means the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives . The term covered agency means— the Department of State; the United States Agency for International Development; the Millennium Challenge Corporation; the United States International Development Finance Corporation; the Peace Corps; the United States Trade and Development Agency; and the United States Agency for Global Media and its networks.
