Section 7132 of the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act ( Public Law 115–271 ; 132 Stat. 4046) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)— by redesignating subparagraph
(CC)as subparagraph (DD); and by inserting after subparagraph
(BB)the following: The Administration for Community Living. ; in subsection (d)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting , developmental disability service providers before , individuals who are ; and in subsection (i), by striking 2023 and inserting 2030 .
