Sec. 341. Effective date

Except as provided in section 306, this title and the amendments made by this title shall take effect on January 1, 2027, and shall apply to budget recommendations, budget resolutions, and appropriations for the biennium beginning with fiscal year 2028, and each biennium thereafter.
