In this Act: The term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate ; the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate ; the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives ; and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives . The term ICT means information and communication technology. The term Western Balkans means the region comprised of the following countries: The Republic of Albania. Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Republic of Croatia. The Republic of Kosovo. Montenegro. The Republic of North Macedonia. The Republic of Serbia. The term Western Balkans country means any country listed in subparagraphs
