Section 10851 of the Research and Development, Competition, and Innovation Act ( Public Law 117–167 ; 136 Stat. 1753) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking , increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM, ; and in subsection (c)(2), by striking diverse and inserting robust and capable .
