Section 324(a)(2)(D) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6294(a)(2)(D) ) is amended— in clause (i), in the second sentence, by striking Except as provided in clause (ii), such rules and inserting Such rules ; by striking clause (ii); by redesignating clause

(iii)as clause (ii); and in subclause
